My favorites are raspberry & peach, but spearmint & peppermint additionally function quite well. I also add a couple of teaspoons of sugar, Splenda or Stevia. I drink my tea cold (iced green tea), and typically with a straw, because I don't like that mouth-numbing sensation, and the straw helps bypass the aged taste buds.

OTHER Alternatives OUT THERE: I'm a big fan of capsules... because there'ersus hardly any tastes at all. "Chuck-N-Wash" is another option... place a teaspoon (or tablespoon) of kratom toward the back of the throat, and quickly wash it down with a liquid - a big swallow. I use lemon juice, but others claim that there's actually benefit in using grapefruit juice - a reaction to the acids in grapefruit juice.

Surprisingly, "chuck-n-wash" can sometimes depart less aftertaste then tea, but the important problem with toss-n-wash is actually that occasionally, the kratom gets "stuck" in the throat - which is actually not a pleasant experience! I haven'big t tried "tossing-n-washing" anything other than powdered kratom - I can'capital t imagine attempting to swallow crush-leaf kratom!

So there you have it... an "less difficult, gentler' method of kratom use. I certainly hope that my experiences and observations with this kind of amazing ethnobotanical will help you and others gain the beneficial results of kratom. Once more, please use kratom responsibly. Don'capital t drive while under it's results, be sure to provide yourself the time needed to savor kratoms' benefits; count-on the results of kratom to last over 4 hours, and become sure that you are in a safe, relaxing surroundings before using kratom.
